We have just come back from a fabulous week in La tania. The apartment was very easy to get too with easy ski in and ski out options and only a short walk to the pubs and restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy and really well laid out. Peter the owner is extremely helpful and made the process super easy. As a regular visitor to La Tania I have stayed in apartments and catered chalets but this is by far the best apartment I have stayed in. I think this is a very good price for the week. So get booking you won’t be disappointed. I look forward to coming back next year.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Peter à la Tania. Malgré l'absence des remontées mécaniques, l'appartement dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires et s'avère très spacieux. Deux familles peuvent y loger sans problème. Le sauna et le balcon spacieux sont de vrai plus.
Enfin l'appartement est situé en haut de la station à 5min à pied du centre et de l'ESF.
Our family of 2 adults and 3 children had a wonderful week in La Tania, staying at La Saboia. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It was our first time in The 3 Valleys and La Tania was a great base to explore Courchervel and Merribel. we would have made it to Val Thorens, but the high winds kept us from trying. The ESF in La Tania were great, our kids aged 4, 6 and 8 all managed a full day at Ski School and enjoyed the supervised lunches in a local restaurant, with playing/ movies at the ESF building. We would love to come back to La Saboia and La Tania next year!
Appartement très bien agencé, très propre. Le sauna est un plus. Ski Extreme est très serviable. Je le recommande.
What a fantastic week we had ! The snow fell just as we were travelling south from Scotland. Which meant having an underground car park to unload and reload the car was just the ticket! Staying in the sizeable apartment was greatly appreciated by our group – even space for my son to do some Higher revision study. It is very large and spacious and the sauna is just a treat for aching legs on an evening. The ski locker is great too for storing the skis and is big - not a squeeze. We didn’t hear noisy people clumping around in boots and bashing skis/boards around – so I guess it works. In fact the building was quiet all week and being away from, but close enough to wander down to the shops and pubs was a blessing. Upon arrival we found a clean apartment and the keys were handed over very promptly and the girls that meet us couldn’t have been more helpful with their local knowledge and tips. Would I re-stay … Oh Yes.

La Tania in the summer, we had a lovely week with a mix of weather. There's lots of different activities for everyone during the summer months. The apartment was great, well equipped, clean and comfortable, happy to recommend.
We had a great week in Peter's lovely apartment. It was bright, clean, warm, spacious and very convenient. Loved the views! We were there at the end of the season but there was still enough snow to ski in and out. Great ski locker! We come from the US and are used to 'big' but 4 of us stayed very comfortably and we could have easily fitted another 2/3. It was very convenient for the village and getting to the other ski areas was really easy. Great place!

This was the 2nd time our Australian family stayed in Peter Davy's lovely apartment. Again, all we can say is that the La Tania location is perfect - less expensive than the bigger resorts such as Courchevel, much quieter & more family-friendly than some of the others, but with excellent access to all the ski areas. For our group of 4 Peter's place is very spacious, clean, well-equipped & comfortable & could easily accommodate at least 2 more people. If you are considering this apartment look no further, you will be more than happy. Thanks again for a great time!
Had a great week in la tania over the new year week , the apartment was plenty big enough to accommodate our group of seven . it was nice to have sauna in the apartment too , which most of the group used over the course of the week .It was also nice to have pleasant views from both the bedroom , looking over la tania , and the lounge , looking up to the pine forest . Oh and the ski locker in the basement has got to be one of the biggest we have ever had !... If we come back to la tania (this was our third time here ) we would definitely put this apartment on our short list . many thanks , the cunliffe family

La Tania is a perfect, little / compact french resort in the centre of the 3 Valleys. Access to big mountain skiing or great pisted runs. We clocked up over 200km of runs (including chair lifts) in 5 days (according to “ski tracks”). The last day it dumped it down and we spent a day skiing through the forests. Sitting at my desk the following day, I am looking at the web camera on La Tania website and the sun is out..... there will be some great powder runs had today!
Having stayed in many ski apartments over the years, I can honestly say the apartment in La Saboia B is a good find! It is very spacious and clean. The photos of the apartment do not do it justice. Great view of the forest from the dining / living room and there is a lovely view of Tania from the bedroom. The apartment is ski in, ski out with a beautiful tree line run to the locker room. Also the apartment has its own sauna which is a great and unique feature.
Although our group likes to always go to a different resort / apartment each year, it is likely we will return to La Tania and La Saboia, as it is a real gem.
Our family of 4 from Australia visited the famous 3 Valleys ski area for the first time & stayed in Peter Davey's lovely apartment for 1 week in early Jan, 2014. We could not ask for more (except perhaps in the snowfall department!). Access to the Meribel & Courchevel ski areas was excellent, convenient & easy & the ski out at the end of the day was very welcome. Our 2 children only watched 2 movies during the entire week & never used the available wii at all. The sauna (used only once) was efficient & comfortable after a ski day & the friendly village shopowners supplied all we could need for home-cooked meals & preparing daily lunches for picnics on the hills. All in all a wonderful stay & highly recommended. If we are fortunate enough to return to La Tania we would be more than happy to stay here again!
Superb apartment, clean, tidy, everything you need was there and the Wii kept the kids entertained. Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the garage as we have a 4x4 with a roofbox and couldn't get in but the street parking was just as handy.
There wasn't quite enough snow to ski in / ski out but even still the main piste is probably less than 100m from the door.
The sauna was a welcomed feature after a hard day's skiing.
All in all our best stay in La Tania to date.
This spacious apartment is absolutely lovely, it's immaculate and well cared for.The amenities are excellent, the sauna's a real treat after a hard days skiing! The apartment is located very close to Ta Tania village and the ski lifts. At this apartment you are truly spoilt location and accommodation wise. We cannot recommend it highly enough! We loved it so much we've already booked to return next Christmas.
Great apartment, fantastic skiing. It was really good to be able to ski to and from the door at Easter Lovely to have a balcony catching the sun at the end of a day on the slopes..

We had a pleasant stay in La Tania! Peter's apartment is well located for access to the slopes. It is spacious and ideal for 2 families of children. The apartment is well equipped. It is very clean with good beds! I recommend this location! We will return!
The appartment is really great. It has everything you need, including sauna, washing machine, 2 bathrooms and TV/DVD/WII. We stayed here with just the 3 of us - and that was really comfortable! La Tania is a nice village, not so big and crowdy but with good connections to the wide Courchevelle, Meribel and ValThorens Vallees. Don't tell all of your friends - let's keep it secret! ;-)
We had a great week in La Tania. 40cms of snow the night we arrived so great skiing!! There were 4 of us in the apartment & plenty of space with all that you need for a comfortable self-catering week. Ski-in & ski-out makes it all easy.....We have friends who live & work in La Tania in the winter months so it was lovely to see them & enjoy the apres ski in the Taiga Bar in the village at 'Happy Hour' at 5pm !!
Perfect for a family skiing holiday. The Apartment is very cosy with good facilities including a sauna. Accommodated 2 adults and 3 teenagers comfortably and ski-in ski-out is a boon. La Tania is a lovely small quiet resort with good shops and restaurants. The Sunday changeover is also very handy as it makes travelling quieter and you get to ski quiet pistes on Saturday when just about everyone else is travelling. Would definitely recommend it.
